Pan Pacific Masters Games
The world’s biggest and best biennial masters games.
The Pan Pacific Masters Games are held every second year in November on the magnificent Gold Coast. The next games will be held from 6-15 November 2026. The 2024 Pan Pacific Masters Games were winners of the Sporting Event of the Year at the 2024 Gold Coast Sports Awards.
16,000 athletes from over 40 countries converge on one of the most popular holiday destinations to compete in the world’s biggest and best biennial masters games.
The Gold Coast’s famous celebration of masters sport showcases competition in more than 40 individual and team sports at some of the best sporting facilities on the planet, including five Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games venues.
Participants compete in their age group with no qualifying standards or times to enter. The only criterion for entry is a minimum age for each sport, which for the majority is 30 years of age, ensuring the sport is played fairly, competitively and in tremendous spirit.
A jam-packed nightly entertainment program held at the Games Village during the event provides participants the opportunity to celebrate achievements, socialise with teammates, friends and family and enjoy the camaraderie for which the event is renowned.
At the last games, the entertainment lineup included Killer Queen, Australian Rock Collective, Max Jackson, The Wolfe Brothers, Magic Carpet Ride, Mr Brightside, Emma Lancaster DJ and the Classic 90s Show.
The Gold Coast, famous for its theme parks, pristine beaches, lush green hinterland, sophisticated dining precincts and year-round sunshine, offers masters-aged athletes new experiences at every turn.
